Questions residents are asking

The committee has identified questions to investigate:

  • Who owns and operates the systems?
  • Who pays for maintenance, repairs, and eventual replacement?
  • Which homes are connected, and what responsibilities apply?
  • How do development agreements relate to future sewer connections and HOA transition?

These are questions for follow-up. This site does not determine responsibility or establish an effect on the transition threshold.
